Meet the team

Evangeline Duzenski

Co-Founder | Director of Operations

I am a proud Penn State University graduate with more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, where I held roles across Advertising & Promotion, Worldwide Commercialization, Business Development, Strategy, and Operations Management. My career has given me a strong appreciation for how good strategy, thoughtful planning, and the right tools can make complex business challenges easier to manage.

At KED Technology Solutions, I lead the day-to-day business operations, including financial management, client relationships, and commercial activities. I bring an organized, practical, and people-focused approach to the business, helping ensure that KED delivers not only the right technology solutions, but an experience that feels approachable and personal.

As a wife and mother of three, I also understand firsthand the challenge of balancing the demands of work, family, and everyday life. I believe technology should make things easier, not more complicated, and I bring that perspective to KED's mission of helping growing businesses confidently embrace the technology they need to work smarter and move forward.

Keith Duzenski

Co-Founder | Principal Technology Architect

I’ve spent more than 23 years in the IT field, creating and delivering technology solutions across virtually every area of business. Throughout my career, I’ve worked in complex enterprise environments where technology plays a critical role in helping organizations operate more efficiently, solve problems, manage information, and prepare for what comes next.

That experience has given me something I believe is especially valuable to small businesses: the ability to look beyond the technology itself and understand how it can support the business as a whole.

That’s a big part of why I do what I do.

My goal is to bring the knowledge and experience gained from more than two decades in enterprise IT to small businesses in a way that is practical, approachable, and focused on results. Whether that means improving an existing process, replacing spreadsheets with a better data solution, strengthening infrastructure, or finding a practical use for AI, I start with the business need not the technology.

I believe technology should help small businesses compete, grow, and work smarter not become another obstacle they have to manage.
